CONTEST GUIDELINES
You are to adhere to these rules any time you create a contest.
- Unless the contest is a raffle, you are not allowed to charge an "entry fee" of any kind.
- If you create a contest, raffle, giveaway, etc you are expected to judge and give out the rewards. Anyone who fails to do so will be moderated depending on severity. If it was a raffle and the users who entered have paid, you will be suspended and may be reported on FR.
- You are expected to judge contests fairly; you are not allowed to cater to someone because they are your friend.
- Fill out the appropriate contest form for every contest/raffle/giveaway you make.
[li]Every contest, raffle, and giveaway most be themed for the festival occurring during that month.
[li]You must create an ending and "judge by/prizes awarded" date when you create a contest/raffle/giveaway. This date can be extended later by five days at the most. This date must be respected for both judging the contest AND awarding the prizes. If the prize is art, be careful when setting this date.
